The Managing Partners
Clarke & Khan Consulting is led by Harrison Clarke and Iftikhar Khan. Together they bring a wide breadth of expertise regarding accounting, tax, business development, and growth strategies to the table.
They first met when working in the world of corporate finance and management accounting for a multinational tech company. One night at the office, still closing the books, Iftikhar turned to Harrison and said:
“Man, what are we doing? Why are we doing this for someone else, when we can be doing this for ourselves!”
After a few passionate and hard conversations, they then decided to join forces to build an organization that would be a great place to work for their employees, partner with businesses and owners to help them achieve their goals, and make this world we live in a better place.
It’s been an exciting journey so far, and we’re just getting started.
Harrison Clarke
Harrison was born in Toronto, Canada. Growing up, both his parents were entrepreneurs, each having their own small business. He saw firsthand the amount of work, stress, and personal sacrifice that goes into building something from scratch and then operating it daily, but he also saw how rewarding it was as well.
Harrison’s field of expertise includes management accounting, business development, internal operational processes, and business strategy. He is extremely passionate about the power of a company’s corporate culture, and how it can make or break an organization.
Outside of Clarke & Khan, Harrison enjoys travelling (adventure-style backpacking), triathlon training, and listening to podcasts in the car.
Iftikhar Khan
Iftikhar brings a truly global perspective and a deep reservoir of financial expertise to the firm. Originally from Karachi, Pakistan, he spent nearly a decade in the Middle East primarily in Dubai, Kuwait, and Oman where he worked with a Big Four consulting firm in audit as well as one of the region’s largest conglomerates. These diverse experiences provided him with a front-row view into how high-performing companies operate and how strategic financial decisions shape long-term success. His curiosity and drive for new challenges eventually brought him to Canada in 2018.
Renowned for making complex concepts simple and actionable, Iftikhar is passionate about helping clients understand their numbers and make informed, confident business decisions. He takes a forward-looking approach to tax strategy helping clients anticipate future implications, optimize and plan their corporate structures, and design resilient long-term frameworks that support sustainable growth.
Above all, he is committed to helping business owners think strategically about the future, aligning tax planning, structural design, and financial clarity with their broader vision and long-term goals.
Iftikhar is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) and a Fellow of the Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
